All Fly Factory staff, management and contract instructors are required to sign and adhere to our strict policies regarding proper conduct whilst in the employ of Fly Factory. We have made our Policy and Code of Ethics document available below and encourage all students, staff members and parents to familiarise themselves with our policy.
If you have an concerns about the behavior of a staff member which you feel contravenes our policy , or wish to report a breach of our code of ethics, we encourage you to report this to management so that the manner can be dealt with in a fair, prompt, and appropriate manner. We aim to ensure that the utmost discretion is upheld in the event of any reporting of untoward behavior.
